Looking back.

In one of my prior article post titled; “Online business and network marketing success, don’t jump.”  The key message being; don’t jump! I started to put some more thought behind what I wrote. And that thought came about as I was delivering a message of faith to an audience of listeners at a local hall. I love to share that not too long ago I had absolutely no faith. Oh no, let me reword that. The only faith that I had was in something that I can see it right in front of my face. So if you honestly couldn’t show it to me, it’s just could not be. Make sense?

Then a series of events took place and I decided to, no again let me reword that. I was forced by circumstance to place a little faith into some other people.  People that I did not know, total strangers. But they had something that I wanted and I was willing to do anything to get it.

Now before I go any further, please don’t misunderstand my message before I finish here. I don’t want you to think that, I’m trying to push anybody into religion nor am I trying to push them away. My message here is of faith not religion.

Now back to mySelf and the people that I had to put my faith into. They told me to pray or their exact words were; put it out there kid. And even though I was full of doubt, I did. They told me to believe in things and to have faith that as long as I was doing the right thing, followed with positive thought and action. Everything would fall in place and things will get better. Again with a mountain of doubt and a grain of faith, I did what they suggested for me to do.

And guess what happened? Things started to get better, miraculous events started to happen and to my amazement eventually my life that was falling apart all came together and today all of those challenges are gone. However today I have new ones and that’s okay because I have one thing today that I didn’t have way back then, and that is faith.  I call it crazy faith, because most of the people that don’t believe as I do think that I’m nutz and that’s most people.

Leap and the net will appear.

Now back to the article that I wrote; Don’t jump. I want you to know that I do jump, or leap when it comes to faith. I am a leaper. I do believe in blind faith. Remember it says “Leap” and the net will appear. Not, go to the ledge then look down to see if it’s safe and then leap. It says “Leap.”

So what does faith have to do with your online home business and network marketing? Everything, I don’t care if you own a tire shop, or walk dogs for a living. Faith is something that we all need in all the different phases of our life. But in business, I feel that it is very important especially as an entrepreneur. You see I looked up the definition of entrepreneur, it says; a person who starts a business knowing that there is some risk involved. In other words and entrepreneur is a leaper. And as a leaper you need that faith because it’s that faith that weaves that net together before and after we leaped. Faith is instrumental to an entrepreneur’s success.

A BIG why.

It’s not easy, everything can just go against you. And most of the time it does, in the network marketing, multi level marketing and online home based business field especially. And here are a few key points why.

• The learning curve. Even the pros need to learn so when you’re new to it, it’s even more of a challenge. Most of the time when we’re learning we’re not making any money.
• The nay-sayers. These are the people with no faith and if they do have faith it’s in the traditional 9 to 5 J.O.B. And most of the time the people closest to us, parents, wife, friends and co-workers.
• The pressures of life. You know it works, but everything is going against you, every penny you earn goes back into the business. The bills come up, the spouse is complaining, your mother is telling you that you had such a good job at the supermarket. And doubt starts to settle in, you start to wonder; does all of this stuff really work? And there goes your faith, your business and all of the time and money that you invested. Why? No Faith!

Winners are people of great faith.

You have to keep your head up when things are down. The hard times are just part of it. Yes it’s easier for some then others but the one thing that they all have in common is that they never quit and they never quit because they had absolute faith in what they were doing. So do as the winners do, it’s not about thinking that it can be done, it’s about knowing. Be strong, have faith and you to, will become a winner.

 Online Home Business and Network Marketing Success – 4 Key habits.

Read, Listen, Learn and Attend.

When people first begin their new network marketing, multi level marketing, internet marketing or online home business the first thing on their mind is making money. And unfortunately this is exactly what attracted then into these types of businesses. They see a top earning leader from their company earning 6 and 7 figure incomes and the first thing that enters their mind is; wow how do I earn that kind of money? Then they go into the company website back office, of through the training guides in their quick start guides and go right to work. Then 6 months down the line they see that they haven’t recruited a single prospect.

The reason being is that the only thing that they heard when that top earning leader gave his or her speech was that they now earn a 6 or 7 figure income. What they didn’t hear or it might not have been mentioned at all.  Was what that leader did personally to get up to that level of success in their business and life.

So that’s exactly what this article is about. Now, I can’t give it all to you today, as I am sure that you would need a library of information to educate you with proper skills, habits, disciplines, strategies and tactics put into practice by such top earning leaders. However this is why this first key is so crucial to your success and that’s why the first key is to read.

1)    Leaders are readers.

And readers do become leaders. It’s just that simple; there is absolutely no better way to master your profession than read about it 30 minutes a day. Especially in today’s technological world and the introduction of the internet we must read in order to keep up with the fast moving and changing times. When you read what leaders read and write themselves you are following and duplicating their success.

2)    Listen.

Fill your mind with educational, positive and empowering audio. Daily audio training is absolutely transformative. The thing is that most people don’t believe that they have the time to listen to audio training because of the busy lives that they lead. Nevertheless if you are creative enough you will find plenty of time. While driving, jogging, walking or doing basic chores around the house. Put your mind to it and you will find the time.

3)    Write.

Write about what you just read about. Write about what you just learned. It’s the best way to anchor something into your mind. Get creative write about everything. When you write about everything you will also learn about everything.

4)    Attend.

Be active in and attend as many business events as possible. This is where it all comes together. The personal interaction with leaders and teachers will empower you to move into the next level of your personal and business success. There is something that solidifies in your mind what is happening and you begin to understand things like never before. Just remember that leaders and guest speakers all were in the audience at one time or another, just like you. So attending business events on a regular basis is exceptionally instrumental to your entrepreneurial success.

Now as I mentioned earlier the information delivered to you is just the tip of the iceberg of information that can and should be obtained by you. However these are monumental steps in the right direction.

Work Harder on Yourself than Your do on Your Business.

Jim Rohn-It’s Possible- Work Harder On Yourself Than You Do On Your Job. 

First things first, this is something that I love to make perfectly clear. Just as I do in my videos and in all of my other articles. Everything I share with my readers comes from my life experiences and most importantly my message’s come from my heart. Especially this topic, so please stick around because what I have to offer you today is real near and dear to me, as I am absolutely sure that this will also  benefit you as it has me.

Now when most people hear the quote “Work Harder On Yourself than You Do On Your Business.” They think of the Great Jim Rohn. And yes, I do listen to Jim Rohn regularly and I have heard that very same quote many times, as a matter of a fact, Jim’s exact quote is; Work harder on yourself than you do on your job.

Nevertheless, when I first heard it, the person I heard it from was not Jim Rohn, it was my friend and mentor Reiki Pete. And the words were completely different, but the message was the same. Pete’s words to me were Joseph, Joseph, Joseph Keep the focus on “Yourself” and watch how everything else gets better. My first thought was; This Guy Is NUTZ!

My life at this time was a catastrophe, my wife wasn’t well, plus she wanted NOTHING to do with me, I had some very disturbing legal issues going on, I was unemployed and I was about to lose my house and my poor kids were in the middle of this big mess. How the heck was keeping the focus on myself, going to make things better?

Now here’s the miracle.

Out of desperation, a little hope and an inkling of faith, I decided to keep an open mind and do what was suggested. I was told to take an honest look at myself, and clean house. Start righting my wrongs. Get rid of all of my resentments and handle my challenges with love, tolerance and understanding.

Another very powerful quote came from another mentor and friend. This guy is a retired older gentleman, (Richie, B) who decided to open up a painting business at the age of 65. On the side of this work truck, he didn’t have business lettering, all it said was; Change Your thinking and Chance your world.  Rich always keep a stack of James Allens Book, As A Man Thinketh, in his vehicles. He’s been handing them out for over 20 years. And of course I read it, again and again and again. So I did change my thinking and my world changed for the better.

The Big Pay Off,

You see, I was able to get into one of the most rewarding relationship of my life. I got into a relationship with mySelf, yes me. I learned how to love myself first. And it’s funny because today, the more I work on myself the better things get, and I mean, everything!

My relationships, Health, finances, social standing in my community and the communication with my higher power has all improved 100% because of me working on myself first before anything else including my online home based business.

So here it is. Is it easy? No! But then again, anything worth wild is never easy; however it gets easier with time. Is it worth it? Definitely!

Here’s the thing. It’s a life long journey; well at least I think it is. It also seems like it’s something that I tend to do all day every day. It tends to make life much easier and better, not only for me but everybody else that I come in contact with. So I’m not the only one that benefits from my actions.

Now as far as your concerned. I wouldn’t listen to me, who the heck am I? Listen to the greats, like Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins and Les Brown just to mention a few. To tell you the truth, I never heard of these guys until I started on this great journey. So if you’re looking for a place to begin. Look up those guys I just mentioned, read their books, listen to the audios and study, discover, love and most of all, have fun with you. You won’t call it work, you’ll call it, a pleasure.

It’s very simple!

That’s right, if you don’t absolutely love your product and your 100% sure that what you are selling really works, find something else. There are so many other Multilevel / Network marketing companies with products out there that you yourself will be extremely thrilled about. The reason that I stress the importance of this is the fact that you won’t succeed in convincing others that they should try something that you don’t believe in, like  or trust yourself.

Be truthful to yourSelf.

Look if you’re not passionate, enthusiastic and confidant about what your selling or promoting, your just NOT going to be able to sell it or the company. You have to use the product and become a walking bulletin board of whatever it is that you’re promoting. How will you convince others if you’re not convinced that it is the absolute best, yourself?

Don’t join the NFL. (No Friends Left)

I’m 100 % sure, that if you’re selling something that you don’t like, your friends won’t like it. And if your friends don’t like it and you sold it to them, it won’t be long until you have joined the NFL club. (No Friends Left)

Then now all of a sudden, you do find something that you know and are absolutely convinced that this one is a wonderful product. So now you contact all of those friends again, and guess what? That’s right, nobody wants to hear anything about it. On top of that, they want nothing to do with “YOU”.  Because people always seem to forget the good but never forget the bad.

However, if you do believe in a product,  the company  and you are 100% confident . Your friends will follow you forever, no matter where you go. Along with the people they themselves recruited. This will create massive success for you.

Let the truth inspire you.

Have you ever had an disagreement with somebody and you just wouldn’t give it up because you were absolutely sure that you were 100% right? No matter what this person or people say, they just couldn’t convince you any other way. You were sure, that what you are saying is TRUE. BINGO, that’s it. With conviction and confidence this is what you want. You will protect this product and company to the end. When people hear this and see how passionate you are, now you will start to see results and now you won’t have to chase people down, they will be attracted you and ask; what is it that you are so energized about? This is what you want, let the product / company to sell itself. Then and only then will they want to take it to the next level and become part of your organization.

Do your homework it’s easy.

It’s easy, so do it. Because of its ease many people tend to over look this. Investigate your product, make sure that it does what is promised and the same goes for the company. Make sure that the company that you are involved in also does what it says because they come as a package deal. One will not work without the other and if they don’t work, neither will you and your business. So don’t just jump in without looking and doing the proper research first.

So here you go 3 key things you should look at.

1. The product and its ability to deliver what it promises.
2. The company and its ability to stand behind it product and its promises to you.
3. “Most importantly” YOU! Look at you and how you feel deep down inside about the product.

Now that you have done your homework and feel confident that the company, the product and you are all in sync. You have just made it much easier to go out there and do whatever it is that you have to do to achieve your goals. Because now you love what you do and whatever it is that you do, will love you right back and offer spectacular rewards, not only to you but everyone else in your organization.

Decide before you decide.

Yes, it’s just that simple and that’s what I’m here to do is help you decide,  before you decide. The reason that I say this is because so many people fail  when starting an online home business. Why? They just decided and made a  decision just because it looks and sounds so good and easy. They didn’t take a  good thorough look at all of the time, effort, and energy necessary when  starting a home business.

They just jumped in and when it didn’t turn out to be what they expected,  that’s it, “I Quit!” It was like jumping into a swimming pool before looking  into the pool to see if it had any water in it. So now they say to themselves;  what a rip off, this internet marketing stuff is all fake and it’s a rip  off.

So many people surf the net looking for the right business ideas. They start  off with enthusiasm, ready, willing and in many instances desperate. At this  point they are hungry and unfortunately very gullible and an easy target for  others that eat these kinds of people up and spit them out with absolutely no  remorse. This is why I can’t stress it enough, “DO Your Research!” and take your  time be for getting involved or investing in any kind of internet business.

This is a business,

No this is not your job. At a job people go to work for somebody else to  succeed. A good employee is one that works harder than everybody else, never  takes off of work and is willing to put in long hard hours. So guess what? If  you think that starting and running an online business is any easier, you’ve got  another thing coming to you, because it’s not. If you’re not coming in with the  attitude and mindset to work 10 times harder, longer and with much more  dedication then you have put into any J.O.B. (just over broke). I think that you  should stop reading this article right now. This is going to be your business  and you’re going to reap the benefits of those sacrifices you will be making  towards your business. You will be working for your success.

Nevertheless, after all of this hard work, sacrifice and dedication, you will  be rewarded with the gifts that come with owning a successful online business

It is very important that you know exactly what you’re getting into. Looking  up the definition of the word: entrepreneur. You will see that an entrepreneur  is a person that organizes and manages any enterprise or business, with  considerable initiative and risk.

Key-words.

• Organizes.
• Manages.
• Initiative.
• Risk
• And mostly “CONSIDERABLE!”

These few words say a lot. The one word that sticks out to me the most is;  considerable. This means; rather large, to look at, think about. So consider  what you are getting into first. A considerably large amount of work,  organizing, managing, learning, training and financial investing all at a great  risk.

Too many people find their way into this business because they were  introduced to the business by a top earner, somebody who is already at the top.  All they see is the success, a person on stage in a fine suit, with a wonderful  story about the happy wife and kids with the big house, nice cars and many  vacations. Wow!

But what they don’t see is, how long it took to get all of those wonderful  things. The considerable amount of time, effort, energy, perseverance, hard  work, sacrifice and big risk behind achieving success with an online home  business.

Now I am not here to bust your bubble. I am just here to let you know what’s  ahead of you. If you’re like me, then none of this stuff will affect your  decision, assuming that you’ve already made one. I was determined, and there  wasn’t anything that anybody could have said or done, that would have changed my  mind. I was starting a home business and that was it! I didn’t care what it was  going to take.

You see I was willing to do whatever it took to get to where I wanted to be,  I was happy to start off at the bottom and work my way up. At this point not  only have I achieved my goals but I now have established new ones.

So my goal here today was just to pass on some friendly advice and share what  I have learned in hoping that you will benefit. I wish you great success and  maybe at one time or another if we cross paths and become friends, that would be  wonderful.

Do you want to be a Millionaire?

Great! I have some wonderful news for you. You can definitely become of those home business millionaire s. That’s right you. It really doesn’t matter how much money you have, your race, education and it doesn’t even matter if you have a criminal record. The facts are that, you can do it.

Hold on. No, let me take that back. I’m wrong in making that assumption. I don’t know that you can become a home business millionaire, only you know that. Honestly, I can teach you everything that you need to know, introduce you to the right people, show you all of the resources and many people still find a way to let it all slip right through their fingers.

It’s happening all of the time.

Let’s take the money out of the picture. I want to use some examples other than money. Let’s use a sport, one that I know. Karate, as an example. I’m a karate instructor. I get thousands of people that come  into my school who want to become black belts, men women and children. Most of them never reach the level of brown belt. They all learn how to stand, punch, block, move and even breathe they get everything that they need to become a black belt, yet a very small percentage, ever achieve that level. This is the same thing, not only with becoming a successful home business entrepreneur but with many other major achievements in life such as relationships, Health and even faith. What happens? Most people give up; they say that they want to do it. But now it’s much harder than it looked or then they thought. Now achieving that goal isn’t as attractive as it use to be. They allow themselves to lose interest. I see this happen all the time. In marriages. they let the fire burn out. So now they have to find a new flame, until that one burns out. In health, they don’t get slim fast enough. Then they come up with excuses as to why they should eat that box of doughnuts and in faith, well you need faith to have faith. I’m going to keep a low profile on that one. (Too touchy)

Another point of view.

One of my best friend’s grandchildren has Cerebral palsy and he received his black belt, Jim one of my senior black belts is legally blind. I was raised in a very dysfunctional household, raised by many different step fathers. You see my wife and me walking down the street and think that we are newlyweds, after 25 yrs of marriage. I have a personal mentor and friend, high school drop-out, worked on a farm, then moved up to selling mufflers at a Kansas City Midas, is now one of those home business multi millionaire s.

The Magic ingredient.

You! That’s right you. You have to want this, you have to taste it, and most of all you have to know that you will “faith”. Just like little Willie, the child born with Cerebral palsy, Jim the blind black belt, Jessica and myself “both came from broken marriages” and the literally thousands of millionaires that started off penniless.

It was them, or us that made it happen. We didn’t have limitations, we just did it. You have to do it! You have to get the fire burning and keep that fire burning. Many times you’re going to see the flame burning out. Then it’s up to you, to add fuel to that fire and blow on it at times to give it extra oxygen so that the fire can really burn and sometimes you might just have to start all over again, but the bottom line is that you do whatever it takes to make it happen.

Nobody is going to do it for you. You have to get the resources, you have to put in the effort, you are responsible for your success and you will also be responsible for your failure. So if you are seriously thinking about becoming one of those home business millionaire s in the future. I’ll finish with this.

Sowing and Reaping

There is no thing as luck. Nothing ever happens by chance. Everything god or bad, that comes into your life is there as the result of unvarying, inescapable law.

The only operator of that law is none other than yourself. No one else has ever done you any harm of any kind, or ever could do so, however much as it may seem that he/she did.

Consciously or unconsciously you yourself at one time or another produced every condition, desirable or undesirable, that you may find in either your bodily health or your circumstances today.

You and you alone, ordered those goods; and now they are being delivered. As long as you go on thinking wrongly about yourself and about life, the same sort of difficulties will continue to harass you.

For every seed must inevitably bring forth after its own kind, and thought is the seed of destiny.

Yet there is a simple way out of trouble. Learn how to think rightly instead of wrongly, and conditions at once begin to improve until sooner or later, all ill health, poverty and inharmony must disappear. Such is the law.

Life need not be a battle; It can be , and should be a glorious mystical adventure; but living is a science.

MLM MLM – Multi Level Marketers Must Learn Marketing!

In a Daze.        

I’m sitting here in my office in a daze, wondering; what pearls of wisdom and I going to come up with for my video marketing fan club? Having created a challenge for myself, by mySelf. I decide to conquer the world of online video. So I have been making at least one video a day for past 20 days or so. The challenge is 90 videos in 90 days. And for the next 90 days I have to come up with a topic that will be of interest to the public. However, I committed to making these videos, not for the pubic but for my own personal use. You see I believe that, repetition is the founder of success. I also believe that consistent repetition guarantee accelerated success. Even though many of us know this, it is something that we fail to practice. Why? Because, it is also very easy for us not to practice and put into our daily routines.

An apple a day.

Think about it, we all know that an apple a day will keep the doctor away. Do you do it? If not, why? Can you afford an apple a day? We don’t do it because it’s just something or another one of those things that are just easy not to do. However, if we consciously, consistently and repeatedly begin to eat that apple every day, we would have formed and instilled a habit that is very beneficial for our health. Just like I’m doing with my videos, I now make them every day with ease. Plus I am getting better and more comfortable in front of the camera. So I am achieving my goal, which was exactly what I wanted.

One day at a time.

Keep it simple. Set yourself up for success by breaking it down and simplifying it. No matter what the chore is. Personally, I put up reminders. Let me share one of my successes with you.

Prayer, meditation and affirmation another one of those things that is easy to do and easy not to do. I decided that it was something that I needed in my life. I wanted to do it every day, when I would wake up and before I went to sleep. The thing was that I would start doing it for a few days, and before I knew it, I wasn’t doing it again. So what I did was, put up reminders. I made flyers up that said; 10 up, 10 down. I put them up all over my bed room and my office, I even put them on the bathroom mirror and over the coffee machine so if overlooked them in my bedroom I would be reminded by the first things that I did in the morning and the last things that I did at night. Now I have other reminders of things that I am currently working on today. The thing is that I now do these things automatically, habitually and now consistently.

Application to your business will bring success.

No matter what kind of business you operate, MLM, Internet marketing, network marketing, an Online home business or even a store front business staying consistent, developing good, positive daily habits and sticking to your goals as per a well-defined plan. 1. Commit: As Soon as you identify what you need to do to accomplish your goals. COMMIT 100%  to getting them done, no excuses failure is not an option.
2. Again, No Excuses: Again Failure is not an option. You will be responsible for your failure or Success. You choose. Keep on making excuse and you will fail!
3. Monitor you energy levels, take advantage of your hi peaks: Look for energy drainers, then avoid them. Find energy gainers, then make the best out of your best time.
4. Routines: Establish daily routines for all of your activities, exercise, work, play, family time even chores get the point?
5. Tough Stuff  first: See a challenge? Good, do it first while your at your peak, feeling your best is the best way to get the most difficult and most of the time, important goals done.
6. 30 to 90 days in a row: How bad do you want it? Then commit to doing things in 30 or 90 day intervals, This develops habits, next thing you know your doing it with out thinking, instinctively. This is what makes pro’s.
7. Review, review and review: It’s like this, when your driving to the bank, do you ever take your eye’s off of the road? Keep your eye’s on the prize, monitor your progress at all times.

MLM MLM Consistently. In this fast pace world, change is inevitable. This applies to everything, lifestyles, religion, politics sports, Health and business. Just think about it, even the weather is changing. The bottom line is that everything changes. So why is it that so many people are stuck in the old school methods of multi level marketing / MLM or network marketing.

This is the internet age, everything has gone “NET” and on the net you have the capability to literally reach thousands of people throughout the world daily. Just look at facebook 750 million active members, that’s just one of the many social networking sites available to who ever wants it.

However, that’s today. The reason that I say today, is that it wasn’t too long ago that the number one social marketing site was myspace. This isMLM MLM comes into play. Multi level marketersMust Learn Marketing Consistently and constantly.

Here’s the thing, that personally bothers me the most about most MLM, network  and online marketing companies. They show you how to market after they sign you up and get a hold of your money. They allow their top marketers to get up on a stage and tell you massive success stories, sign you up hype you up allowing you the have great expectations. Then they tell you that you have to market. Unfortunately for most people, they find out that marketing just wasn’t their thing and walk away with, not only a bad impression about the business, but now they walk away with even less money than they had in the first place.

I say these things because if you are considering any type of network marketing business or internet marketing business you should, make sure that you notice the common word in both which is marketing. Learn marketing first, that’s right, you can learn everything that you need to know about marketing, no matter what it is that you want to market. Then apply what you learned consistently, then constantly update and find new methods, strategies and develop new routines to improve your skills.

Now please do not misunderstand what I am saying, the older and more traditional methods of marketing should not be dismissed. They have been proven to work for a very long time, what I am saying is always, market, learn and adapt and you will definitely increase your chances of never ending success.
