Work Habit # 3 of a Successful Internet Entrepreneur.

Online Business Management.

Devine Order is established in Your Mind, Body and All Affairs.

The keyword being; Order. In this business world that runs at internet speed a successful entrepreneur must manage all of his or her affairs. With things moving, changing and being updated so fast that they have to be on top of their game at all times. Always knowing that things can change on the online with the click of a mouse.

So not only do successful internet entrepreneurs need to stay vigilant with online business management, they also need to manage all other affairs of life. Such as health and fitness, relationships at home as well as with the associates that they have to interact with on a daily basis and must also manage their attitudes, how they think feel and behave. The online business management is but a small portion of the overall management picture.

Yes online business management is very important. However as mentioned earlier this is the internet and things do move and change very fast. So a successful entrepreneur must have everything in order, mind, body and business running harmoniously in order for them to do the necessary job.

If you’re online business management is running well but you’re all stressed out about because you have a bad rapport with a client due to a bad attitude on either end. One is going to affect the other and things are not going to be running as smoothly as they can. And the same goes with health and physical ability.  If an entrepreneur is not Healthy, they are not going to be able to keep up in the long run.

It’s like a tire, if it has a low spot it will not perform to its maximum ability.  A successful entrepreneur manages everything and keeps it in order so that everything rolls smoothly.

Online home Business Management: Manage.

How do you know where you’re going if you don’t know where you’ve been? Successful online entrepreneurs know exactly where they were, whey they were there and where they are going at all times. Even if many adjustments are made along the way. Since they have goal or a destination, they know exactly where they’re going because of a well defined plan. They also have a very close idea of when they are going to get there. That is proper management at its finest

And this is the exact same skills and habits you must acquire if you are planning to become a successful online entrepreneur.

 Network Marketing Multilevel Marketing Internet Marketing Online Home Business Success and Faith, What a Combination for Success

Looking back.

In one of my prior article post titled; “Online business and network marketing success, don’t jump.”  The key message being; don’t jump! I started to put some more thought behind what I wrote. And that thought came about as I was delivering a message of faith to an audience of listeners at a local hall. I love to share that not too long ago I had absolutely no faith. Oh no, let me reword that. The only faith that I had was in something that I can see it right in front of my face. So if you honestly couldn’t show it to me, it’s just could not be. Make sense?

Then a series of events took place and I decided to, no again let me reword that. I was forced by circumstance to place a little faith into some other people.  People that I did not know, total strangers. But they had something that I wanted and I was willing to do anything to get it.

Now before I go any further, please don’t misunderstand my message before I finish here. I don’t want you to think that, I’m trying to push anybody into religion nor am I trying to push them away. My message here is of faith not religion.

Now back to mySelf and the people that I had to put my faith into. They told me to pray or their exact words were; put it out there kid. And even though I was full of doubt, I did. They told me to believe in things and to have faith that as long as I was doing the right thing, followed with positive thought and action. Everything would fall in place and things will get better. Again with a mountain of doubt and a grain of faith, I did what they suggested for me to do.

And guess what happened? Things started to get better, miraculous events started to happen and to my amazement eventually my life that was falling apart all came together and today all of those challenges are gone. However today I have new ones and that’s okay because I have one thing today that I didn’t have way back then, and that is faith.  I call it crazy faith, because most of the people that don’t believe as I do think that I’m nutz and that’s most people.

Leap and the net will appear.

Now back to the article that I wrote; Don’t jump. I want you to know that I do jump, or leap when it comes to faith. I am a leaper. I do believe in blind faith. Remember it says “Leap” and the net will appear. Not, go to the ledge then look down to see if it’s safe and then leap. It says “Leap.”

So what does faith have to do with your online home business and network marketing? Everything, I don’t care if you own a tire shop, or walk dogs for a living. Faith is something that we all need in all the different phases of our life. But in business, I feel that it is very important especially as an entrepreneur. You see I looked up the definition of entrepreneur, it says; a person who starts a business knowing that there is some risk involved. In other words and entrepreneur is a leaper. And as a leaper you need that faith because it’s that faith that weaves that net together before and after we leaped. Faith is instrumental to an entrepreneur’s success.

A BIG why.

It’s not easy, everything can just go against you. And most of the time it does, in the network marketing, multi level marketing and online home based business field especially. And here are a few key points why.

• The learning curve. Even the pros need to learn so when you’re new to it, it’s even more of a challenge. Most of the time when we’re learning we’re not making any money.
• The nay-sayers. These are the people with no faith and if they do have faith it’s in the traditional 9 to 5 J.O.B. And most of the time the people closest to us, parents, wife, friends and co-workers.
• The pressures of life. You know it works, but everything is going against you, every penny you earn goes back into the business. The bills come up, the spouse is complaining, your mother is telling you that you had such a good job at the supermarket. And doubt starts to settle in, you start to wonder; does all of this stuff really work? And there goes your faith, your business and all of the time and money that you invested. Why? No Faith!

Winners are people of great faith.

You have to keep your head up when things are down. The hard times are just part of it. Yes it’s easier for some then others but the one thing that they all have in common is that they never quit and they never quit because they had absolute faith in what they were doing. So do as the winners do, it’s not about thinking that it can be done, it’s about knowing. Be strong, have faith and you to, will become a winner.

 Online Home Business and Network Marketing Success – 4 Key habits.

Read, Listen, Learn and Attend.

When people first begin their new network marketing, multi level marketing, internet marketing or online home business the first thing on their mind is making money. And unfortunately this is exactly what attracted then into these types of businesses. They see a top earning leader from their company earning 6 and 7 figure incomes and the first thing that enters their mind is; wow how do I earn that kind of money? Then they go into the company website back office, of through the training guides in their quick start guides and go right to work. Then 6 months down the line they see that they haven’t recruited a single prospect.

The reason being is that the only thing that they heard when that top earning leader gave his or her speech was that they now earn a 6 or 7 figure income. What they didn’t hear or it might not have been mentioned at all.  Was what that leader did personally to get up to that level of success in their business and life.

So that’s exactly what this article is about. Now, I can’t give it all to you today, as I am sure that you would need a library of information to educate you with proper skills, habits, disciplines, strategies and tactics put into practice by such top earning leaders. However this is why this first key is so crucial to your success and that’s why the first key is to read.

1)    Leaders are readers.

And readers do become leaders. It’s just that simple; there is absolutely no better way to master your profession than read about it 30 minutes a day. Especially in today’s technological world and the introduction of the internet we must read in order to keep up with the fast moving and changing times. When you read what leaders read and write themselves you are following and duplicating their success.

2)    Listen.

Fill your mind with educational, positive and empowering audio. Daily audio training is absolutely transformative. The thing is that most people don’t believe that they have the time to listen to audio training because of the busy lives that they lead. Nevertheless if you are creative enough you will find plenty of time. While driving, jogging, walking or doing basic chores around the house. Put your mind to it and you will find the time.

3)    Write.

Write about what you just read about. Write about what you just learned. It’s the best way to anchor something into your mind. Get creative write about everything. When you write about everything you will also learn about everything.

4)    Attend.

Be active in and attend as many business events as possible. This is where it all comes together. The personal interaction with leaders and teachers will empower you to move into the next level of your personal and business success. There is something that solidifies in your mind what is happening and you begin to understand things like never before. Just remember that leaders and guest speakers all were in the audience at one time or another, just like you. So attending business events on a regular basis is exceptionally instrumental to your entrepreneurial success.

Now as I mentioned earlier the information delivered to you is just the tip of the iceberg of information that can and should be obtained by you. However these are monumental steps in the right direction.

So consistently implement these 4 key habits into your daily business routine and before you know it, (Most probably sooner than later) you will be the one up on that stage sharing your story of success and how you now earn a 7 figure income.

Work Harder on Yourself than Your do on Your Business.

Jim Rohn-It’s Possible- Work Harder On Yourself Than You Do On Your Job. 

First things first, this is something that I love to make perfectly clear. Just as I do in my videos and in all of my other articles. Everything I share with my readers comes from my life experiences and most importantly my message’s come from my heart. Especially this topic, so please stick around because what I have to offer you today is real near and dear to me, as I am absolutely sure that this will also  benefit you as it has me.

Now when most people hear the quote “Work Harder On Yourself than You Do On Your Business.” They think of the Great Jim Rohn. And yes, I do listen to Jim Rohn regularly and I have heard that very same quote many times, as a matter of a fact, Jim’s exact quote is; Work harder on yourself than you do on your job.

Nevertheless, when I first heard it, the person I heard it from was not Jim Rohn, it was my friend and mentor Reiki Pete. And the words were completely different, but the message was the same. Pete’s words to me were Joseph, Joseph, Joseph Keep the focus on “Yourself” and watch how everything else gets better. My first thought was; This Guy Is NUTZ!

My life at this time was a catastrophe, my wife wasn’t well, plus she wanted NOTHING to do with me, I had some very disturbing legal issues going on, I was unemployed and I was about to lose my house and my poor kids were in the middle of this big mess. How the heck was keeping the focus on myself, going to make things better?

Now here’s the miracle.

Out of desperation, a little hope and an inkling of faith, I decided to keep an open mind and do what was suggested. I was told to take an honest look at myself, and clean house. Start righting my wrongs. Get rid of all of my resentments and handle my challenges with love, tolerance and understanding.

Another very powerful quote came from another mentor and friend. This guy is a retired older gentleman, (Richie, B) who decided to open up a painting business at the age of 65. On the side of this work truck, he didn’t have business lettering, all it said was; Change Your thinking and Chance your world.  Rich always keep a stack of James Allens Book, As A Man Thinketh, in his vehicles. He’s been handing them out for over 20 years. And of course I read it, again and again and again. So I did change my thinking and my world changed for the better.

The Big Pay Off,

You see, I was able to get into one of the most rewarding relationship of my life. I got into a relationship with mySelf, yes me. I learned how to love myself first. And it’s funny because today, the more I work on myself the better things get, and I mean, everything!

My relationships, Health, finances, social standing in my community and the communication with my higher power has all improved 100% because of me working on myself first before anything else including my online home based business.

So here it is. Is it easy? No! But then again, anything worth wild is never easy; however it gets easier with time. Is it worth it? Definitely!

Here’s the thing. It’s a life long journey; well at least I think it is. It also seems like it’s something that I tend to do all day every day. It tends to make life much easier and better, not only for me but everybody else that I come in contact with. So I’m not the only one that benefits from my actions.

Now as far as your concerned. I wouldn’t listen to me, who the heck am I? Listen to the greats, like Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins and Les Brown just to mention a few. To tell you the truth, I never heard of these guys until I started on this great journey. So if you’re looking for a place to begin. Look up those guys I just mentioned, read their books, listen to the audios and study, discover, love and most of all, have fun with you. You won’t call it work, you’ll call it, a pleasure.

Home Business Success, Plan to Work Harder on Your Business then you do at your Job.

Thank You Jim Rohn for those powerful words.

The thing is that you would think that we don’t need to be reminded of that. However the truth is that many of us do need to hear it and be reminded of it from time to time.

Now please don’t get me wrong. You have a job you give it your best. I say this because this will be a direct reelection of your character and virtues. Personally I always give my best in everything that I do. Why? Because I’ve been a slacker and I know that that didn’t work, today I give my life my best and my life has rewarded me with the best. It’s just that simple.

So if you give your job your best how much more can you give your business?  Here are a few examples of how much more can you give your business.

• Job, Wake up a 8:00 am to go to work. Business: Wake up at 6:00 am.
• Job: 1 hour lunch. Business: ½ hour lunch or less.
• Job : Work 8 hrs a day, 40 hrs a week. Business: Work 10 -12 hours a day 60 to 80 hours a week.
• Job: Off Saturday and Sunday. Business: Work weekends & holidays.
• Job: listen to the radio and news. Business: listen to Educational, Motivational & developmental tapes and DVDs.

Now these are just a few of the sacrifices that a young entrepreneur has to make in order to succeed. But great reward comes with great sacrifice. Please take into consideration, that I said young entrepreneur and I don’t mean a teenager, I mean a person has been in business for less than 5 years. Nothing is easy at first, I’m not saying that you have to live to work, No! It’s all about you working so that you can live and live life to the fullest.

These are all investments in the future of you and your home based business. Just think about it, look at all of the day, months and years that you have invested into somebody else’s business. And for what? A pension, that going to be 30% less than what was not enough to begin with. To be told what, were and when for a life time, or to be told that you can’t take time off for a family member’s birthday party. We fight for freedom, yet we work to become salves, for somebody else that we probably don’t even know.

Put, no invest all of this effort “PLUS” into you inc. It will be the best investment of your lifetime, then after you’ve accomplished your goal and your home based business is off and running. It won’t matter what time you wake up, you can have lunch for as long as you want, where ever you want. You put in the hours that you want, you won’t worry about taking off weekends because now you can take off for weeks and even months at a time. Everyday will be a holiday, or you will have 6 Saturdays and a Sunday, sitting in a beach listening to the waves. And why? Because you worked harder on your Home based Business than you did on your job.

It’s very simple!

That’s right, if you don’t absolutely love your product and your 100% sure that what you are selling really works, find something else. There are so many other Multilevel / Network marketing companies with products out there that you yourself will be extremely thrilled about. The reason that I stress the importance of this is the fact that you won’t succeed in convincing others that they should try something that you don’t believe in, like  or trust yourself.

Be truthful to yourSelf.

Look if you’re not passionate, enthusiastic and confidant about what your selling or promoting, your just NOT going to be able to sell it or the company. You have to use the product and become a walking bulletin board of whatever it is that you’re promoting. How will you convince others if you’re not convinced that it is the absolute best, yourself?

Don’t join the NFL. (No Friends Left)

MLM MLM, Success

I’m 100 % sure, that if you’re selling something that you don’t like, your friends won’t like it. And if your friends don’t like it and you sold it to them, it won’t be long until you have joined the NFL club. (No Friends Left)

Then now all of a sudden, you do find something that you know and are absolutely convinced that this one is a wonderful product. So now you contact all of those friends again, and guess what? That’s right, nobody wants to hear anything about it. On top of that, they want nothing to do with “YOU”.  Because people always seem to forget the good but never forget the bad.

However, if you do believe in a product,  the company  and you are 100% confident . Your friends will follow you forever, no matter where you go. Along with the people they themselves recruited. This will create massive success for you.

Let the truth inspire you.

Have you ever had an disagreement with somebody and you just wouldn’t give it up because you were absolutely sure that you were 100% right? No matter what this person or people say, they just couldn’t convince you any other way. You were sure, that what you are saying is TRUE. BINGO, that’s it. With conviction and confidence this is what you want. You will protect this product and company to the end. When people hear this and see how passionate you are, now you will start to see results and now you won’t have to chase people down, they will be attracted you and ask; what is it that you are so energized about? This is what you want, let the product / company to sell itself. Then and only then will they want to take it to the next level and become part of your organization.

Do your homework it’s easy.

It’s easy, so do it. Because of its ease many people tend to over look this. Investigate your product, make sure that it does what is promised and the same goes for the company. Make sure that the company that you are involved in also does what it says because they come as a package deal. One will not work without the other and if they don’t work, neither will you and your business. So don’t just jump in without looking and doing the proper research first.

So here you go 3 key things you should look at.

1. The product and its ability to deliver what it promises.
2. The company and its ability to stand behind it product and its promises to you.
3. “Most importantly” YOU! Look at you and how you feel deep down inside about the product.

Now that you have done your homework and feel confident that the company, the product and you are all in sync. You have just made it much easier to go out there and do whatever it is that you have to do to achieve your goals. Because now you love what you do and whatever it is that you do, will love you right back and offer spectacular rewards, not only to you but everyone else in your organization.

Sound a little insane. That’s right it sounds very insane, especially when you look at the number of people that have tried to just make a living with a home business and failed. I’m only saying, “make a living” not be a millionaire. Searching all over the net you will notice that the promises are being made, that you too can become an online business millionaire. looking at the numbers, those promises are not being delivered. So how can these people making these promises, get away with making such outrageous statements? Because it’s true. People are doing it. Here’s another shocker, they’re not doing it by ripping people off. Right off of the top of my head, I can mention at least a dozen successful online business entrepreneurs that have started with nothing. No let me rephrase that, I mean less than nothing, real bad situations like;

• Many business owners started off with their house in foreclosure.
• Bankrupt.
• Threat of being incarcerated because of failure to pay child support.
• In debt to the I.R.S.
• I know of a couple of woman that was on welfare with three children.

I’m cutting this list short, very short plus I’m not mentioning other successful entrepreneurs that had to overcome physical and mental illnesses then started a home business and become a millionaire. How did they did it? Was it skill, education and special knowledge of the internet? Maybe they were just plain lucky, or a rich family member died and left them some money to get started. The truth is and I’m just talking about the people that I have studied and come to know during my many years online. Are you ready for the magic formula? Well here it is, something that both you and I have deep down inside. Yes, you! Desire, that’s it! They just wanted to do it. To tell you the truth, most of them are big dreamers, but at the point where they started. They just wanted to get out of the hole. Wow, its funny the many different stories that I have heard from these men and women and all that they wanted to do was just to get out of the hole and now they are a Millionaire. However that desire wasn’t just any desire, like hunger and thirst or a desire to just go to the movies. These people had a desire to do whatever it took, to go above and beyond, to get to where they wanted to be. Then they just never let go. They had a vision; a vision that they believed in and didn’t care what anybody else thought and said they just went on and on until they reached their goal. All of the people that I am thinking about, that I have met personally, all started off in an online home business. Now, this is a personal opinion.

None of the people that I am writing about became overnight millionaire sovernight, the average amount of time, I would say was between 4 to 8 years (still shorter than becoming a

Doctor.) Nevertheless within those 4 to 8 years there was plenty of time to practice and do things over and over again. And you know what they say; Repetition is the creator of success. Then on top of this repetition, they added consistency, determination and of course as Napoleon Hill and W Clement Stone would say; Definiteness of purpose. Now here is something that Stone and Hill will agree on, masterminding. You see even though we are all working from behind a computer monitor, we tent to attract and meet like minded people and the longer we stick with it the more people we meet, the more people we meet the many more ways we have at looking and developing things and ideas. Just in case you didn’t know. W. Clement Stone and Napoleon Hill are two every famous and successful entrepreneurs and authors that studied success, how to be a millionaire and wrote about it in their bestselling books that are famous worldwide. In their books they wrote about these kinds of people, the exact same kind of people I just wrote about. Even though they wrote these books, long before all of these people were born and before there was an internet or online business. The principles,strategies and concepts are all still the same. However I do know that yes, anybody that puts in the effort, determination and never, ever quits no matter what, has a great chance at becoming a millionaire. That’s if they have the desire, followed by many other virtues, character traits and disciplines that I just couldn’t mention in this page. Because just like the authors I mentioned earlier, they needed book on top of more books to list them all and I am absolutely certain that if they were still alive today, they would still be writing, probably books on becoming a billionaire. Nevertheless the point that I am trying to come across with. Is that it is being done and it can be done and most importantly. It can be done by you, that is if that is what you desire. and if it is what you desire, how bad do you want it, what are you willing to do and sacrifice to achieve your goal? Because the bottom line is it’s all up to you.

Do you want to be a Millionaire?

Great! I have some wonderful news for you. You can definitely become of those home business millionaire s. That’s right you. It really doesn’t matter how much money you have, your race, education and it doesn’t even matter if you have a criminal record. The facts are that, you can do it.

Hold on. No, let me take that back. I’m wrong in making that assumption. I don’t know that you can become a home business millionaire, only you know that. Honestly, I can teach you everything that you need to know, introduce you to the right people, show you all of the resources and many people still find a way to let it all slip right through their fingers.

It’s happening all of the time.

Let’s take the money out of the picture. I want to use some examples other than money. Let’s use a sport, one that I know. Karate, as an example. I’m a karate instructor. I get thousands of people that come  into my school who want to become black belts, men women and children. Most of them never reach the level of brown belt. They all learn how to stand, punch, block, move and even breathe they get everything that they need to become a black belt, yet a very small percentage, ever achieve that level. This is the same thing, not only with becoming a successful home business entrepreneur but with many other major achievements in life such as relationships, Health and even faith. What happens? Most people give up; they say that they want to do it. But now it’s much harder than it looked or then they thought. Now achieving that goal isn’t as attractive as it use to be. They allow themselves to lose interest. I see this happen all the time. In marriages. they let the fire burn out. So now they have to find a new flame, until that one burns out. In health, they don’t get slim fast enough. Then they come up with excuses as to why they should eat that box of doughnuts and in faith, well you need faith to have faith. I’m going to keep a low profile on that one. (Too touchy)

Another point of view.

One of my best friend’s grandchildren has Cerebral palsy and he received his black belt, Jim one of my senior black belts is legally blind. I was raised in a very dysfunctional household, raised by many different step fathers. You see my wife and me walking down the street and think that we are newlyweds, after 25 yrs of marriage. I have a personal mentor and friend, high school drop-out, worked on a farm, then moved up to selling mufflers at a Kansas City Midas, is now one of those home business multi millionaire s.

The Magic ingredient.

You! That’s right you. You have to want this, you have to taste it, and most of all you have to know that you will “faith”. Just like little Willie, the child born with Cerebral palsy, Jim the blind black belt, Jessica and myself “both came from broken marriages” and the literally thousands of millionaires that started off penniless.

It was them, or us that made it happen. We didn’t have limitations, we just did it. You have to do it! You have to get the fire burning and keep that fire burning. Many times you’re going to see the flame burning out. Then it’s up to you, to add fuel to that fire and blow on it at times to give it extra oxygen so that the fire can really burn and sometimes you might just have to start all over again, but the bottom line is that you do whatever it takes to make it happen.

Nobody is going to do it for you. You have to get the resources, you have to put in the effort, you are responsible for your success and you will also be responsible for your failure. So if you are seriously thinking about becoming one of those home business millionaire s in the future. I’ll finish with this.

Sowing and Reaping

There is no thing as luck. Nothing ever happens by chance. Everything god or bad, that comes into your life is there as the result of unvarying, inescapable law.

The only operator of that law is none other than yourself. No one else has ever done you any harm of any kind, or ever could do so, however much as it may seem that he/she did.

Consciously or unconsciously you yourself at one time or another produced every condition, desirable or undesirable, that you may find in either your bodily health or your circumstances today.

You and you alone, ordered those goods; and now they are being delivered. As long as you go on thinking wrongly about yourself and about life, the same sort of difficulties will continue to harass you.

For every seed must inevitably bring forth after its own kind, and thought is the seed of destiny.

Yet there is a simple way out of trouble. Learn how to think rightly instead of wrongly, and conditions at once begin to improve until sooner or later, all ill health, poverty and inharmony must disappear. Such is the law.

Life need not be a battle; It can be , and should be a glorious mystical adventure; but living is a science.
